Refund policy

RETURN POLICY WILL BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for all orders to be processed. Please be mindful that orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays may take longer to process. For local delivery, A Belle 2 Boutique will email you when order is ready and we will coordinate the delivery. The goal is for you to have your items within 3 days. The return policy will start once you receive your items. No item will be accepted if damaged or has as stain (deodorant and make-up stains included). Also, no item will be accepted with perfume or smoke smell.

A Belle 2 Boutique has a 7 day return policy for local delivery order (from date of delivery) and a 14 day return policy for shipped items (from date of postmarked date). I would recommend sending an email (shop.abelle2@gmail.com) with your intention on returning an item once you decide you no longer want the item. We can discuss options like exchanging for a different size/item with no hassle. 

*If a package is received at the boutique for an item past the allowed return date, the item will be rejected, and no store credit will be given. You will be emailed a copy of the return policy and told that your return was not accepted. You will be responsible for obtaining your item back. *

ALL RETURNS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exceptions apply if a mistake was made by the boutique or if an exchange for the exact item is not possible (in cases of damaged items).

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Exceptions apply if a mistake was made by the boutique.

To be eligible for store credit, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Especially if you are not a registered customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop.abelle2@gmail.com to ensure your item will be accepted based on the date. The item will still need to meet inspection criteria listed above. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 22027 Castleview Drive; Franklinton, LA; 70438.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email of the amount of your store credit (no expiration). Store credits will exclude any shipping cost incurred by the boutique. Store credits are tracked via email so that everyone will be on the same page in regard to totals and notice of when the credit has been used.

Item Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you received is wrong or damaged so that we can evaluate and attempt to correct the issue. You will have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify the boutique of any issues or errors.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email the boutique (shop.abelle2@gmail.com) immediately so that your size may be pulled for you to ensure you get the size you want.

A BELLE 2 BOUTIQUE, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS MADE BY THE CARRIER.

Refunds are by store credit only.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited and notified within 10-14 days. Please remember this is a small business and it can take some time for your request to be handle appropriately.  
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your credit, please contact the boutique at shop.abelle2@gmail.com to ensure you item was received.
